individual, family and community factors that influence the development
and well-being of children from the prenatal period through the first
five years of life.
Included are data
on the status of young children, discussion of key developmental issues
from birth to five, research findings on factors associated with healthy
growth and development, and information about proven or promising
strategies to promote good outcomes for young children and their families.

to Children With Disabilities in Minnesota," provides information
on resources that may help families, providers and others working
with children with special health needs or disabilities. It is arranged
with general resource descriptions up front, specific local resources
listed by the county or reservation the child lives in and by the
school district the child would attend.
Minnesota Association for Children’s
Mental Health
MACMH is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors,
the majority of whom are parents of children with emotional or behavioral
disorders. MACMH serves children who have emotional/behavioral disorders
and their families across the state. In addition, MACMH actively seeks
funding to ensure that our developed programs and activities continue
to serve families who have children with emotional/behavioral disorders.
Minnesota Child Care Resource and
Referral Network
Our mission is to develop, coordinate, and support programs and services
for young children and their families through community partnerships
in Southeast Minnesota.
Ready 4K
