Child and Teen Checkups

Child and Teen Checkups (CTC) is Minnesota's Early Periodic Screening, Diagonsis and Treatment (EPSDT) program.  It is designed to provide comprehensive prevention and early intervention for children and teens at risk, newborn up to the age of 21.  CTC helps families on Medical Assistance (MA) or MinnesotaCare (MnCARE) obtain preventive health care and follow-up for identified concerns.  CTC also helps make appointments, arrange for rides, find a clinic that will best serve the client, and help connect the family with other community services.

For families who do not qualify for public health coverage programs, this directory provides low-cost health care options. Services are listed by county.
